2005 Cabernet Sauvignon
Our 2005 vintage displays all the richness and opulence we hoped for. It is packed with expressive black currant, ripe strawberry, anise and hints of smoky coffee. The abundant new French oak adds lush, creamy vanilla notes. Polished tannins lead to a long and elegant finish. This vintage is quite approachable now, but will reward those who can wait one or two years. Only available in three or six pack Library Collection. Limit one bottle. 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon
Our 2007 vintage is an expansive, opulent wine with luscious layers of blackberry, cassis, toasty vanilla and hints of herbes de provence. The tannins are silky and the finish is balanced and long. Although approachable now, this vintage should continue to age beautifully for up to 12 years. 450 cases produced. Contact Linda at the winery to inquire about availability.

Our 2008 vintage offers a rich and compelling powerhouse of blackberries, currants, and provencal spices. On the palate it is seamlessly balanced, with velvety tannins and accents of sweet French oak. The finish is long and elegant. Will age effortlessly for a minimum of ten to twelve years.
